    OK. Even part's Pepper, lemon pepper, brown sugar, chilli powder, Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika to taste. Rub on meat and put it in a ziplock bag or some other container pour one cup of coke in and let it sit over night. Smoke with hickory wood for 1 hour per pound of meat. Enjoy.
