I know this parking lot well, I spent 4 months in the welding shop there behind the smoke pit. We use to play football in that parking lot at night.

Here are some pictures of me in Kandahar Afg, and various places in Iraq.

The first 4 are when i was active duty in kandahar. Of course i found time to play with my monkey.

The others are in Baghdad and Al Asad, i work as a civilian now. If you have ever been in Iraq and drank the bottled water with no label on it. Thats what im making now.

The last picture is of this evil bastard we found on a glue trap. I have never seen anything like it, it was freakin huge.

Nice pics people! Before the memories fade..write this shit down! Make sure you know what EVERY picture is and who is in it. Spend some time reflecting on what you did...every day. You will want it for later and you owe it to future generations who need to know what it was like over there. Your kids will want to know and they should know.

YOUR HISTORY IS IMPORTANT! YOUR SERVICE IS IMPORTANT. MAKE SURE PEOPLE REMEMBER IT. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR HISTORY AND THE HISTORY OF OUR EFFORTS THERE ARE WRITTEN BY THOSE THAT WERE THERE...NOT BY THE REVISIONIST.

Every drop of blood and sweat that hit the ground in either theater is worth something. It may not be worth much to the people whose lives we are trying to improve..but it means something to the rest of us. Everyday I put on the uniform (flight suit), I do it for those around me. Each and every one of yours service can never be repaid..ever.

Again, even if its hard and brings memories back better off forgotten, write it down, please. If not for you and your family, for the families of those whose loved ones cannot tell their stories. Tell that story for them.

For those that have served, or are serving, THANK YOU! I know the sacrifices you make for something bigger than yourself. You are what make America what it is.

If I ever meet any of you, lets make it in a bar somewhere peaceful.
