    Yeah. Somebody realized that motorized infantry didn't fit the Pacific theater and if we needed some, there was a brigade in Wainwright and 3 brigades in the western side of CONUS.

    Makes sense. It was a huge political issue with the locals and the Strykers couldn’t go very many places. Must’ve been pretty recent, retired out of Schofield in 15’.
