    I'm no help in plastics, though.

    However, our impact saddles use UHMW segments for the impact beds. Could be milled out. idk jack about that part.

    Proto-mold, First-Cut, or some similar rapid prototyping shop if you want to just see what plastics might run.
    Or, find some local with a 3D printer.
    You'd have to DIY the adhesive backing most likely.

    Early morning SWR adjustment at DYF this morning. Whole lot more BSing than adjusting working between the rain showers lol. Still seems like I have a radio or ground issue, @Bluegrass Taco and @Brussell56 did thier best with it and it's working much better.

    Just made it home after taking the dawg to the vet and the wife wanted to go shopping and then dinner.....Sheeeesh!

    I still had a visual on your truck when the radio went to static and no more modulation. Not sure how long you could copy me. Maybe 300 yards. Once we lost contact, I switched back to 19 and started talking with a trucker just north of Shelbyville. (about 15 miles?) I did a little reading, and with the ultra high SWR readings and the overall performance of the radio, I have a funny feeling that your radio has some lasting effects of improper antenna tuning. (ie, primaries overheated)
