Dood! Those springs are fuct.... I'm ordering All Pro's on Monday.

Very productive looking group of "technicians"...... Rear gear install not bad....Front is just a little more "involved". Glad I already have that part behind me....You been able to test drive 'em yet?

Show up @ my place next. Front bumper install tentatively scheduled for next Saturday. Will be in "the paint shop" (Part of garage with plastic paint booth hung from ceiling) all week. Ready for assembly by Thursday or Friday. On the truck by this time next week. I'm building a cart to hold bumper @ desired height. Just roll it up and bolt it up...

Did you loosen LCA bolts? (Some people do, some don't... I leave mine alone.) Sounds like another trip to the alignment shop.

While I have everything apart to swap in the 887's, gonna put extended top studs on just in case I decide to stack more plate spacers in at a later date. I'm hoping with aluminum bumper and skids, 887's will get me to sit about where the 885's are now. If not, 1/2" poly spacers on both sides. Not using 886's...Not preloading coils any more than 0" either.....

Aluminum bumper almost 60lbs lighter than steel. Aluminum skids almost 60lbs lighter. Warn winch 22lbs heavier (89lbs) than Smittybilt (67lbs). Trying to calculate added load to front end. .....around 140lbs.

    Probably vvvv

We did on the drivers side but not passengers. Alignment wasn't bad on the initial test drive but that was ~30mph on backroad. We marked the cams and lined it back up as well as possible for the drive home.

I fabbed a bracket that catches the LCA and holds the business end of an 8' spud bar. All I need is someone to step on the end of that and it pulls LCA far enough out of the way to put a strut in place without loosening the LCA bolt. Speeds up the operation quite a bit.

Ratchet strap from one LCA to the other. Pry bar/large screwdriver/penis/etc. to line the lower shock mounting hole up.

Shimmy from loosening the driver's cam bolts most likely. Haven't gotten out of bed yet to visually inspect anything yet, tired.
No knocks, clunks, or creaks the whole way back. Much smooth!

Thanks again for the help guys! Glad we got Everett's heavy lifting done too!

    Brake Parts!

Below is a complete parts diagram for the brake system for my truck, looks good for 2008-2011. Should be good for any TRD OR 4x4 truck, I would think.

One good thing about Toyota, is they don't charge too much for brake line tubing. It's already pre-bent and flared with flare nuts installed.

Just cut out the old and replace. o_O So fun!

Lol. It DOES say they're for the 4runner, pretty sure it's the same though.
