Before and after 31's, 2 trucks pics

So since people are always asking what tire fits and what it will look like, and will I find love...

And I currently have 2 1st gens at my disposal, 1 with 235's and 1 with 31's that I'm swapping back and forth I decided to post pics of both tire sizes on each truck.

The green is a '96 that had the 31's on it, the silver is a 2000 extended with the 235's. I'm selling the green so it's now wearing the factory wheels.











The 31's are treadwrights, definitely look better imo. But you can also feel the weight and diameter difference. Assuming I keep this truck I'll end up regearing. But the speedo and odo both were reading about 10% fast with the 235's so I'm guessing they were not 100% right for the existing gearing. Both now read about 5% low. So better until I gear and then I'll have to either swap speedo gears or keep math in my head while I'm driving which is my usual fix for that problem. I haven't drive the green since he swap, I'll check it once I do.
