I only needed the cussing... once I realized that not only could i NOT but did not need to thread 100% in/out like you would on a plate carrier/bag.

and I cheated and used a couple strike clips for the first aid kits to make them removable.

Not anywhere near final config... But my first swing at it is:

    tmp_15206-20170419_0916402111723737.jpg tmp_15206-20170419_091620818377499.jpg

paper towels, fire extinguisher and gloves are hooked up with the velcro cinch straps linked somewhere in the group buy.

top left is a 5.11 6.10 pouch with my genius gb40 jumostarter.

next right is a rothco water bottle holder with road flares and a reflective vest.

next right is a voodoo medical pouch filled with chemlights. (It sucks as a medical pouch imo) on the top right are a 5.11 3.6 medical pouch with a blowout kit in it (tq/quickclot/israeli/chest seals/decomp needle/npa) and a 5.11 6.6 medical pouch with a more comprehensive medical kit for less serious injuries/boo-boos. The 5.11 blowout was recently replaced by a dark angel medical bag, but it is in use elsewhere today, so backup goalie is in. Both med kits are mounted with 2 blackhawk strike clips that go through one web of the pouch, then used as a spike into the molle panel, bent around one section of aluminum and clip just inside the next hole. very secure (from truck movement/bouncing and accidentally smacking the pouch while using others) but can be removed instantly with a firm, upward tug.

on the bottom is a lapg bail-out-bag with a compressor/air tube. and a few various items that I don't have in pouches yet (gerber lmf ii, emergency ponchos, mylar sleeping bag, orange/pumice hand wipes, bug repellent and sunscreen, I think)

Looks like you had yours powder coated? I had mine done and they didn't file down any edges. Everything snags on where they punched out the holes. Was your powder coating also not great at the edges?

    Slow response but:
I painted mine. after spending a not insignificant amount of time with a deburring tool cleaning up the rough edges.

Mostly Condor, a couple TAD Gear, some Countycomm, and then some no name eBay stuff. The TAD stuff is bomb proof but $$$, and the Condor is good quality for a more affordable price.
