    Sleep. No medicine is going to make you feel better. Take whatever medicine you need to knock you out, but sleep.

    X2. Get lots of sleep and lots of fluids. Try some Emergen-C drink packets. Those usually help me feel better faster. ;)

    Few shots of nyquil knocked me out fast. then I woke up about 3am and felt even worse, couldnt get back to sleep. finally did after an hour or so and woke up at about 10.

    I rarely get sick, but when I do it's terrible.
