OK gang, so here's how we did:

    35 - Neil 11 people
    34 - Keun
    24 - Brooks 7 people 3 cars
    32 - Ratha 4 people

10 people per site and 3 cars per permit. So, collectively that's 40 people and 12 vehicles that we can have as a group. But, let's break this down a bit more. Everyone post up how many people you have staying over so we can see how many spots we have open. Then depending on how much space is left we may be able to consolidate everyone to 3 sites rather than 4 so we can be closer. Then we'll try and ask or bribe site 29 to switch with 24 which will give a cluster of 3 sites. So, let's dial this in on headcount and let's work on the potluck. Also, can we get a head count on how many kids are coming? I want to see if maybe some games or things for the kids to do are worth planning. We have the crab hunt at night (which the adults will be more competitive in) and maybe a scavenger hunt during the day? Let me know what you guys think.

I'm afraid I have to pass on this one. I'll be home in WA during that time.

Darn...I'll be gone the first week of july and since the beach is closed those two weeks above then we're either looking at August 1-3 or sooner in June...? I guess let's just see who all wants to come and then try and narrow down the dates from there.

You make me feel left out so, I'll be in the states too for 4th of July...Ha, take that!

True but summer is the best time for bellows. It's less rainy and windy. We can always shoot for August.

I figured since the Bellows thing may be delayed we might think about reserving spots in town at Thomas Square:D

There's no requirement for a permit, as it's mostly occupied by the homeless and those "Occupy Movement" freaks on the corner. Once our trucks pull in...they'll go running and we'll be doing the state a favor...:D

Would be pretty awesome to just drive into Thomas square in a Tacoma convoy and start setting up camp :D

We probably wont be camping at bellows, but its close enough we can hang out most of the time :)

Bwahaha!:p That's too funny. Maybe we really need to come up with trying to find a place to take the ultimate TW photo on oahu.

I vote for the beach/lagoon at Hilton Hawaiian village with diamond head in the background. Just roll up, line up on the beach, snap a few and then dig out :D
