Alright TW friends, I've got a 2009 DC/SB Sport with a crazy belt squeal. I have replaced all the idlers, tensioner, belts, but it's still there. I can rub a bar of soap on the groove side of the belt and it stops for a bit, but then comes right back. I've tried the stock belt, Poly Rib GT, and one other brand I can't remember, but no change. After every new belt, it takes 2-5 weeks for the squeal to come back. After looking more closely, it looks like the crank pulley may be about 1/8" to 3/16" misaligned toward the front. After eliminating everything else, this looks to be the culprit. I've read everything on TW and everywhere else I could find about Taco and FJ belt issues.
    Has anyone else seen this??

The air conditioner condenser clutch is probably seized. If it was the water pump pulley, you would've over heated. If it was the alternator, your battery light would be on. If it was the starter, it wouldn't start.

Just a possibility - had this issue immediately after changing the belt a couple of years ago during the cold part of the year. Took the belt off and turned it so it was rotating the opposite direction and the squeal disappeared (found the idea on one of the Tundra forums and took a chance).

If the balancer looks out of alignment some times that means it's coming apart. The rubber damper becomes separated and the crank pulley starts walking off the end of the crankshaft
