    That's what I used an it was an easy change. 14mm ratchet is needed to take tension off the belt so it can be removed. I used a 5mm allen wrench in the hole on the tensioner to keep tension off while I was manipulating the belt around the pulleys. The belt must be changed from underneath the truck. If you try to change it from the top there's not enough room. From underneath there's plenty of room.

    Try cleaning the smooth pulleys. Scotchbrite works great.
