Just asking for a little help from my fellow tacoma enthusiasts.
Recently changed the serpentine belt after putting her on I started her up and noticed the tensioner pulley bouncing up and down. Is this normal? And if not does anyone have step by step repair for the tensioner/pully assembly?

Bouncing up and down when? Like you can move it with your hands? The tension pully is designed to move slightly when their is torque applied to the engine when you step on the gas pedal. However if you have the belt on properly and the engine is off, and you can easily wiggle it with your hands then no that doesn’t seem to be a normal thing. Not sure what engine size you got, but on my 4.0 the AC compressor is attached to the tensioning pully. I would verify all bolts are tight on your ac compressor and tension pully itself. All the bolts for both of those, are located on the side, not the front of the 4.0. Very tight area to work, best to verify from bottom of vehicle if your able. Goodluck with whatever it is though. Hopefully it isn’t something failing and going to be a big problem down the road.
