Yeah, it was just sitting in my garage after swapping in bucket seats. I think the direction you're headed is good.

It sat so tall I couldn't pull into the garage without taking off the head rests. I made it lean back more so it sits alot lower now.

Sick bench! And even sicker grey seats. You can just buy two of those cheap metal chairs with fabric, and take the padding and fabric on the bottom and back, and bolt it against the wooden frame.

You and your girl sound like you're having fun ;)

armrests and cup holders would be a nice addition. maybe a fold down tray for popcorn bowls or chip bowls. then you can fold it up for those "p.s i love you" movies ;)

the way it sits the side of the bed looks great for arm rests and i will be making cup holders that attach to bed rails.

Just drive around a local reserve and you should be able to find the back seat of a mini van on the side of the road.

thats awesome! you could always go to a junkyard and find a bench seat in good condition in some wrecked car. Bet that would be cheap too :)

In college, we used to borrow a friend's father's flatbed truck. We would load up our living room furnature (including lamps and rug) and set up our living room at the local drive in. --- and that's the way I ROLL

I was fortunate enough to get about 8 extra mounting brackets for my tonneau when I asked the company for some spare hardware. I now have a golden ticket to mount just about anything I want using the rails! I would wire speakers into the otherwise worthless cubbie holes above the wheel wells. That's where I put my phone when I'm listening to mp3's on it while I work on the truck. It's a natural little amphitheater. Nice set up otherwise!

man, I'm just jealous. No drive in theaters up here in the Northwest. Seat looks great.
Remember when I was young sneaking a bunch of us into the drive-in movies in the trunk. Always had a blast back then.

They are not bad at all. and all the local junk yards wanted like 100 dolors for a bench seat. but it fits what i need them for.
