    do you know anyone that does demolition derby? they all ripp the back seats out and pitch them. If you dont know anyone go to a demo derby and talk to them tell them what yo want and most any of them will give it to you cheap or free

    what i did was got a 2x6 and cut it the lengh of the inside of the bed. There are two places inside the bed that the sides dip down 2in. thats where they went. I then cut a sheet of plywood long enough to be comfortable. covered it with carpet, and stuffed it with fluff.
    heres a pic of when i was painting my wheels you can kind of see it in my bed. (i made 2 only 1 shown)

    Yeah i looked for any bench like seat in all the junkyard but they wanted to much. so i just got a lil creative with the scrap wood.

    i think it'd just get a futon matress back there and prop it up with some pillows... the problem with any fixed seat like that is you're stuck in a fixed position for that long (with no neck support as well) - witht the futon, you can move around on it... sit up more, lay back more, lean sideways...

    and a few other positions i can think of... :eek:
