    Yrs,I felt a lot of power come back going from 410 to 488. Now written I step on the skinny pedal the truck moves.
    Where did you decide to have your work done?

    Scott at Suspension specialties. He has already ripped my diffs apart once. Im bummber i have to get a new front locker the one i have is only good for 3.91s and down but i figure i can atleast get some of my money back selling it.

    Scott is a pretty straight forward guy. He did my gears. Quite happy with his service. And yes, you should be able to recoup some$$ for the old lockers. I'm sure someone on this site would buy them.

    Watched too many others have issues (line gets ripped off, line gets ripped, compressor goes out, etc). Plus, I have the factory e locker in mine, just keeping it the same I guess. Maybe I'll change my mind when it comes time to actually get one. Higher priorities lie with: correcting leafs, front bumper and winch (latter is sitting on my garage floor) and getting snorkel installed (been sitting on my bench for about 8 months). No, not lazy. Just not enough time.

    Then you should buy it so you can do more wheeling.

    My buddy travis who has a nice little fab shop at his house in sisters. He actually started working at suspension specialties like 2 months ago. I got the plates from BAMF which made it a lot easier. You got some rubbing going on or are ya thinking of some new meats?

    I cant remember what i gave him maybe a $100 bucks or something but that was kinda the friend price. Im thinking that now that we have done it and figured it all out I dont think he would be over $150 for sure. And i would go 255's. I like the look of 285's but unless you are going to regear i wouldnt go that big. The 255s are a little taller if i remember right but just like a inch narrower and if you can look for 255s that are not e-rated.

    Also with 285s I had to hammer the pinch weld a little and trim the inner fender and say goodbye to the mudflaps. What size are you on now?
