Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.

I couldn't sleep at night leaving it bent.

Tweak it back with a big-ass wrench and get it close. Then, you need a "Dolly" or a super dense steel flat object to back it up while you finish work it with a heavy ball peen or 2# sledge. An 8# sledge would suffice as a backing and you can straighten that puppy like it was never bent. Then, refinish as suggested.

Sleep well at night knowing you have a straight hitch receiver.
