guessing a legit body shop will charge $1200 to $1500 to repair
    (you dont need a bedside)
BTW that wheel lip molding is not made anymore

    however
    perfect candidate for this:
just screw that hook to slide hammer.....then pull on sliding weight

wont be perfect, but since your tire clears and doesn't rub........basically its your taco and decide how much you want to spendt1.png

If the paint is still intact I would consult with a good PDR guy. Some can work magic. Might not be 100% perfect when finished but should be cheaper and avoid repaint

Edit-that lower portion of the wheel well looks like it may be a pretty sharp bend. Not sure if it is a candidate for PDR...worth asking though.

    IMO
    dent too creased for PDR
also there is a wheelhouse that is pushed in as well

i have seen those PDR guys(it's really an artform) tht drill into, in your case, the wheelhouse to gain access to get out dent
but i think some 'banging' will be needed not just the 'massaging' of the metal from behind dent that PDR guys do

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Depends on how perfect it needs to be to make you happy.

Depending on a in person close up inspection it might be easier to replace the bedside and be done,

My bedsides have far worse impact damage from those evil deer till the evil deer become a very endangered species I am not fixing it again.

Not a week later after a few thousand in body work and paint another evil deer hits the left side of the bed.

Best of Luck no matter what you do.

Thanks to everyone who replied I may reach out to a body shop and possibly pdr to see if they can do much without dropping a fortune.

I own that puller kit posted above. Works great for a lot of stuff. I would try to straighten it out myself, but then again, I'm a bit of a cheapskate.

That area is flimsy as hell on the 1st gens. Super easy to move where you need it. A little patience, and you might be surprised how well you can get it.
