    You talking about Benwa's bracket?
It sits between the glass and the trim, pretty much in the channel.

Did a test fit. This thing fits snugly. I got this one from him when he was selling off what he had left.

In regards to how far that back glass travels?

I don't think it matters, that back glass can only travel left/right at a certain length, but you do have to put enough tensions on those cables though.

yeah, it has to be stripped back the same distance as the travel, right?

Technically you don't need to get those cable at an exact length. Give it enough slack to where you can put tension in them.

But each cable end has to be stripped where it enters the channel and attaches to the new bracket?

Tension from the window motor cable. The same way a normal door window keeps from being forced down.

It was another member who first posted about shimming, but its how I have mine setup. Simple enough to shove a small piece of wood into the latch, and if I ever want to latch it I can just remove the shim.

Others have removed the latch all together.

Wierd request. Does anyone have a picture of the Sienna vent switch without the rocket cover on it? I ordered one and it arrived as a "some assembly required " kit. I have these 2 little metal connection tabs and I'm not sure which way they go in the switch. Thanks for any help!

How are you guys tensioing your cables? Just seat the black sleeve where it allows you to pull the cable taught and then snip the end and mount into pull pull bar?

Subscribed, I'm definitely in if we can get a list of part numbers or build a kit.

Not much work tonight due to this made up holiday my wife keeps talking about haha. Just drilled the holes in the channel and epoxied and zip tied in the cable tubes. Also messed up one of my steel cables so hopefully I can find an open junkyard tomorrow. Anyone had any luck with bicycle brake lines?
