Best 1.5 to 2” add a leaf?

    Leave the overload spring intact and you will be set at around 1.5”. I like the ride and loading performance I got with my single AAL is great, but if you want a less stiff ride, go with a 3 leaf pack.

    You can get a single or a progressive.
    Both have their pros and cons, depending on your needs. Here's a thread that gives the jist of it.

    IMO, they are all 'lipstick on a pig' that is the Toyota leaf spring.
    "Best of the best", would be a whole new leaf pack designed around your particular needs; cheap is not part of the equation.

    I went from an 2” single AAL and to Icon 3 leaf AAL. The single AAL is too stiff, I would totally skip the single leaf and run any other 3 leaf AAL 1.5”.
