As far as header either go OEM mini, or do like I did and cut out all the extra gaskets and go LCE, I like the long tube design and that it doesn't have the extra two gaskets (which were both blown on my stock manifold). The LCE header is a perfect fit and I mean perfect, whatever jig they use to make it is spot on, everything lined up first try on mine. I have a Flowmaster 40 series Delta Flow welded into the stock piping, sounds good and it isn't drony. The only pics I have of the exhaust are older so I hadn't put the header on yet but you can see how much I shortened the exhaust and tucked it up out of the way completely flat with the frame rail...

Got a current video with header too...

Keep an eye on that flowmaster. My delta 50 rusted out after 2 years, and I live in FL! They are replacing it under warranty, but it doesn't give me much hope for the replacement.

I'll give it a look but 2 weeks ago it was still going strong. I noticed our trucks engines move a lot and that weld looks like it twisted a bit, my muffler is able to swing with the engine the way its mounted so as to reduce torsional stresses. Yours does look rusty though and mine doesn't I wonder, did you or your muffler guy paint the welds, I went back an painted mine after.

I mounted the muffler myself in the exact same position as stock (reusing the stock hangers cut off the stock muffler). The welds that rusted out were the factory flowmaster welds, not done by me.

LCE system has been good. Low end drags a little but mid to high is solid. I really like the sound.
