Best 2.7 jump starter… Noco plus 40? Or Noco50

I have the GB40 and this case:

Used the GB40 a couple times but never to jump the Tacoma.

 

Amazon sells charging bags for RC car batteries that would work with the GB40. I leave mine in the truck all summer in AZ in the center console without issue when it's 115 outside and 200+ inside the truck.

Oh ok Thank you. In the padded case.. due you keep the terminal clamps on the small black plastic bite block they came on.. or just keep them fully closed when stored ? To take all pressure off the spring

 

The smallest harbor freight pelican-style case works alright for a GB40, for like $12

 

IIRC it has USB C PD output so you can use it to charge higher power laptops and stuff. Which is not at all what I want to be using an emergency jump pack for, so I bought the regular one.

 

Not to change the original post but to add to this what would everyone recommend for size of portable charger for the 3.5L v6 motor in these trucks? The

GBX45 with 1250 amps or the GB40 with 1000 amps ?
