Alucab/Eezi Awn is probably the gold standard. It's not cheap but it's proven. Not as much shade coverage as some others. GoFSR makes a similar version to this, similarly priced, coverage. Kinsmen hardware makes a similar one too for even more money, but it's made in the US.

I got an OVS Nomadic 270. It's heavy but seems durable and pretty well built. Easy to setup, a little more challenging to put away but has better coverage than the ones above. There are others that are just like the OVS Nomadic, probably made in the same factory, at similar price points. Some good friends of mine have had the same OVS awning for the past year+ in all kinds of weather and have had a really good experience with it. That pushed me over the top for that one.

My recommendation is figure out how much coverage you want, if you care about weight, and how much you want to spend. Then find a reputable company whose gear has been tested. There are a lot of good options out there these days fortunately.

I love my OVS. I wanted max coverage in Socal for camping and hunting in the heat. It's heavy but pretty bulletproof so far.
