I just bought a 2006 Tacoma and want to lift it 3" to fit bigger tires and make it look better. I have looked around but i am unseure what is the best lift and i hate buying on line. My question to you exsperinced guys out there is what is the best lift for a decent price? With the 3" lift do i need to replace the factoy shocks? If so which ones should i go with?

    Thanks Guys!!

Depends what you plan on doing with it. I like my OME kit. Bought it at toytec.

You can check out the different lift options at the ToyTec website.

Also, in this thread, you can post and get a 5% discount code PM'd to you.

There may be other options too.

    Cheers.

I do alot of hunting both deer and bear hunting. In bear season i haul my dog box and all my dogs. I am thinking about adjustable shocks so i can stiffen them in bear season and then soften them up when i take my box off.

With threads like these, you will usually get answers like "I have this, and I like it."

With that being said, I have a ToyTec Ultimate Lift, and I like it :p
