Ok experts, I wanna lift my 2010 double cab 3". I want a smooth ride as I will be doing very little off roading. What is my best option?

Pelfreybilt 3-hoop bumper, Bilstein 5100 F&R, OME 886 w/driver side top plate spacer, 1.5" AAL, 315/70/17 Hankook Dynapro AT, 17x9 Level 8 MK6, 20% tint, AEM Brute force intake, Alpine CDE-W235BT, Armortech sliders
No spacers... Go with coilovers and an AAL in the rear.

I'd suggest the OME complete lift kit. I've heard great things about it and I'm sure folks with that lift can attest to that!
