Best 33" tires

This may be posted somewheres else but I couldn't find it. In yall's opinion what is the best tire and brand. By best I mean price, looks and the ability to go offroad and yet makes good road mileage? I don't offroad very often and I am trying to stay out of the mud so mud tires are not what I'm after. Thanks in advance.

 

i like my bridgestone dueler a/t revo's just fine. it really depends if you want an all terrain tire or a street tire, and i think the revo's have the best of both worlds. lots of good tires to choose from though.

Tacomaman06: I need the all-terrain for getting in and out of the fields out here whenever hunting and fishing or hooking up to cattle trailors.

 

They are sweet. Aggressive enough to hit a trail. Handle well on the streets. Only time I hear a screech is if I floor it in 1st gear while turning, other than that no probs. Will they last more than 50,000 miles? Not sure but I thinks I would want a new set or better by then. For the next 40,000 miles im set...

 

nitto dune grapplers are unique and 0 road noise as far as agressive off road posture.... they do there best but the rule on the beach!!!! hence there name! they are a nice flat tire and max psi is 45 however they handle nitrogen very well!!!! as long as you have some nice wheels to mount them on... i went with kmc rockstar wheels myself but it is your preferance really

 

After I pic a tire I will need to pic a rim. I wish the factory steel wheel had the correct back spacing I could just get some tires. Gone look at the Baha right now. I figure a good a/t would last about 40k miles. I used to run the Definity tires from Pepboys. They look almost identical to the BFG tires everyone loves but the price was alot nicer and the tire was very functional.

 

i totally agree with roxspin. I have those on my truck, and they are great.

 

How tall are those tires. After reading your mods your truck sounds nice you should post some pics. I'm not sure if black rims are for me. I'll have to get back with you, it looks real good so I am tempted.
