Depends on what you are wanting to do. Kumho and Toyo both 3PMS Certified Tires and work extremely well in snow and off-road use. Both have low noise levels on hard pavement. Myself I'm a Toyo Guy been selling them for years. The quality is up there with Michelin or Bridgestone. In the End it's up to you and what you want.

I have about 40k on a set of Toyo Open Country 2's, and they have not only held up well, but they still seem as quiet as when they were new.

Another vote for Cooper. I have the AT3 XLT's and they are very quiet!

I bought some cheap ecopath's off of Amazon awhile ago and they're still going insanely strong after 20k, they grip real well and they have absolutely no noise.

Recently put some Cooper AT3 4s on and was surprised how quiet they are. I didn't realize how quiet until I put my winter tires on. lol

    Cheers.

+1000 I hated the duratracs. My AT3s are very quiet IMO. I don’t need aggressive anyways. Just every once in a while playing.

Please excuse me if anyone else recommended these already but I have had Kelly Edge ATs on mine for about 2 years now and they are solid. Very smooth ride, have held up nicely and don’t break the bank

Toyo open country at3 is my pick.
Wild peaks would be a close second.

I've had them (35/11.5/17) for almost 2 years as my DD.
I've never thought about the tires being to loud.
Can cruise at 90 on the freeway and doesn't feel sketchy.

Hankook Dynapro At2 I have put about 30000 miles on them and are reasonably priced. And still have 8/ 32nd's of tread left.

I am running grabber HTs right now. Light as hell and quiet. I have run Michelins in the past and would say that these would compare for summer performance at a budget price.

Nobody has mentioned Bridgestone Dueler yet?
I've had several sets of Revo 2s and they were always easy to balance, quiet and grippy.
