Winter is knocking on New England's door once again & the set of tires that came from the factory on my truck are the Firestone Destination LE2s, which have been perfectly fine so far.

I'll be hitting the 50K mark by year's end & while this particular tire is rated for 60,000, I'd rather not be bip bopping around nearing baldness at 55k+.

I don't do any off roading of any kind. My yearly mileage for the first 2 years was around 21K, now I'm only doing about 11-12K a year due to a job location change.

Just looking for opinions on what the best bang for the buck would be.

    Thanks in advance.

I got away with Toyo Open Country ATIII in C load 245/75r16 in northern Vermont winters for years.

Handled the snow and ice well and great on pavement and dirt roads. Great all rounder
