    Howdy,

Did my research and decided upon Marathon or WetOkle BUT delivery is weeks away and I have a dog!

Any suggestions for a decent seat cover that may last and are comfortable?

I know I can hit AutoZone Amazon et al but just wondering if there is a hidden value that is off the rack.

    Thanks,

    W

Kurgo has a seat protector. It is not a seat cover.

Carhartt branded seat covers are also excellent for dog hair (so far as I have ever read).

I have Headwaters Seat Covers in Multicam Black. They are excellent. Not as pretty or nicely fit as Wet Okole but the material will not wear. Cordura doesn't really stretch so they can only do so much to make a tight fit. That said once they broke in they fit my sport bucket seats pretty good.

The owner, Paul, is very involved and called me personally to confirm the order. I had a slight issue with the straps for the seat bottoms being too short and Paul sent out replacements almost immediately no questions asked.

I spent about $500 total including heated front seats by using the coupon code from this forum. I installed myself so no labor costs.

The only problem I have with my Clazzio's is that the passenger seat bottom portion does secure at the back. I have to periodically adjust by pulling from the back to get it back into position. I have the fold down passenger front seat (access cab). I would still buy them again.

Did you get the square switch for the heated seats, and if so does it fit in the existing opening?

Going on 6 years with my Marathon's and I couldn't be happier. I have 2 dogs and we hunt, fish, camp, etc. all together. I'm wearing hunting or fishing waders often and these seat covers can handle anything. I've never removed them to wash either. I just wipe down with a cloth with some diluted Simply Green.

They don't seem to be the most popular here on TW....but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again for whatever my next vehicle is.

Yes. Carthartt FTW. I have the light gray front covers as my rear seats are naked but usually down or covered with a dog cover. My little water loving, mud freak Boston does very well with the front Carhartt covers. I've spilled drinks on the seats and it just puddles. Doesn't penetrate. They're slightly pricy but worth it. And you can sell them quick on here. Took several months for me to find mine but I waited for a TW sale situation. I've only ever seen two sets for sale on here since I started a year ago.
