I think it’s the same company that makes them for Krazy beaver. They had to partner to meet demand. I forget the difference but I think material is cheaper on the cheapest one but pretty sure both are made by the same factory. just came recall what the main difference is.

I have that shovel on my truck. I haven’t really needed it but I’m sure it would work.

a lot guys I know carry a full size shovel because these small ones are terrible for really digging stuff out with.

Pry bars are way under rated for digging holes, especially in hard clay. I'm going to go put one behind my seat right now!

They are pretty cool shovels but damn pricey. Look out though as they do factory seconds once in and while. I picked up a couple shovels from them and a mount for around $100. Would have been triple that at least.

Definitely will! Just having a hard time deciding on the color. I’ve always liked green, but my truck is Voodoo blue…

If you like the Defender Green... Get it! There's no rules! If you wanted to "match" your truck while having the shovel still stand out a little bit when mounted I really like the Magpul Grey.

Anyone figure out how to mount axe + shovel on a cab roof rack like Sherpa?
They sell various mounting solutions but none for that from what I can see

If it has the typical t-track on top like most of the Tacoma racks you can just use some hardware store bolts and nuts with a pair of quickfists and be done.

You could also just toss them in the bed that’s already there and made for that purpose.
