Best bed rack to hold a yakima spacecase?

I am looking for a bed rack (is that what its called?) for my 5' bed. I have been looking at yakimas, thule, and prorac and they all seem to be the same. I am using it to hold my giant yakima spacecase. Looking to not spend a lot of money, hopefully find one used on craigslist or on this forum. Also, I need this rack to be adjustable, so I can slide the crossbars and racks to fit the yakima. The yakima I am using has stationary mounting bolts.

anyone have recommendations for the best rack? I want one that is higher up so I can put bikes in the bed, and all I need are the crossbars and racks on each corner. i attached a picture of what im looking for in case my description sucks as much as i think it does. thanks
