I just looked on there and there is so much stuff I have no idea where to start on this lol never done it before but I just figured it'd be a lot cheaper to do a retro fit vs buying a whole set up sorry I'm kinda dumb when it come to this stuff but you put me under the truck and turn me loose so any other pointers on it

It matches with your oem housing. Grey and black are the only two colors.

No difference in shrouds. Go for the bigger ones; Apollo 3.0, panamera, etc. It fills the reflector better. You can view different shrouds here:

Thanks for creating this thread! Is there a considerable difference between the ACME Super H1 and the Morimoto Mini H1?

I like the mini d2s projectors with Apollo 1.0 shrouds. Easy to retrofit into the 05-11 housing and the Apollo 1.0 shroud fills it very well.

According to the TRS website, the Acme H1 is about similar in performance to the Morimoto Mini H1 5.0. Currently Morimoto is on version 7.0 of the Mini H1.

Thanks! I also came across these projectors which are super cheap, but I'm not really sure how good they would be: Nilight® 2.5" Mini HID Bixenon Projector Lens for H1 Bulb Car Gift:chrome Shround https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B21R0TA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_wSzQxb2CW3WFH

Amazon pictures show decent output and cutoffs, but do mention needing to tune the shield. I would say they are probably on par with the Morimoto Mini H1 5.0s or 6.0s.

The Acme supers are similar to Morimoto's Mini H1 5.0s, untuned. You are correct!

Gonna resurrect an old thread here. Just ordered my Memorial Day 15% off $103 out the door priced Retrofit kit with the SUPER ACME H1. I went with some upgraded Morimoto h1 bulbs (my cart does not include ballasts, I have some laying around I’ll use for now). I cannot WAIT to get these AWFUL but brand new crystal clear $95 headlights of mine retrofitted. Going to be a very straightforward retrofit as the H1 should pnp into the h4 housing relatively well and easily.
