Best cold air intake?

    Exactly right. People complain that K&Ns foul their MAFs and such. I've had mine since the day I bought my Tacoma in 2005/06 and NEVER had a problem. I see the same thing with motorcycles. I've had a K&N on my dirtbike for over a decade, and it's never been an issue because you don't oil it like the foam type (by dunking it in oil, lol). The intake side of my airbox is perfectly clean. Always has been.

    I like K&Ns not because of the 130HP you gain (lol), but because I've never bought another air filter. They have all paid for themselves many times over. I would prefer the OEM style for my Tacoma, but it came with a CAI cone type, which is not dumb enough for me to want to spend the money to get a new airbox and replace it.

    It's okay little buddy, you can come out now. I have since cleaned up that horrid electrical tape job from when I relocated my windshield washer fluid tank. The original was cracking like crazy.
