Best dealer for TSB complaints? LA county area..

I’ve been going to Wondries Alhambra for a few months now. Anytime I ask them to look into a TSB they say if they can’t locate the issue or verify the TSB i am looking to get repaired I will have to pay

$130 diag FEE.

This is my first new car with warranty so... idk what else to do?

Anyone recommend going elsewhere? I do live in South Pasadena, i would mind driving elsewhere if it helped

 

I thought service bulletins were free diagnosis. If a good dealer they will tell you which ones you need. But we go out if our way looking for them. And a let our customers about them. But we sell cats. And deal with msha with alot of repairs.
