I am wondering what the best dealer in CT is. I should mention Im not worried about buying as I already did that. i need great customer service from the service department. obviously i dont expect anyone to say the best dealer is ____ but if you have had a great experience with a dealer in CT please mention it. western CT would be highly preferred. Please forgive me if this question has been asked but short of reading through every thread my search abilities are useless. the dealer I bought from has said every issue is normal, operating as normal or couldn't reproduce symptoms. The front seat wasn't moving smoothly and would strait up get stuck about 1 out of 5 times. they said all the trucks do that and found the one on the lot that had a seat that did the same as mine, keeping in mind the passenger seat moves buttery smooth. meanwhile I looked farther into it and found that the release mechanism doesn't disengage all the way and nowhere near as far as the passenger seat. the other issue was that there wasn't any freeplay in the clutch lever and I asked them to look at that, of course they said everything was functioning as normal. meanwhile the manual clearly states a specific spec for freeplay and nowhere in that range is 0. those are the two big issues. :frusty: sorry for the long rant, I feel slightly better now.

Mike the service manager at Hoffman's in simsbury has been good. Keep in mind they are going to quote you book price at first. You have to ask for a deal...

I bought my 15 at Torrington Toyota. I have done all the work on it myself except the 1st oil change/tire rotation.
My one and only visit to their shop was positive. The techs there seemed experienced, not new guys fresh off the street.
I would go back to them if I had to have a shop do any work for me.
