I would put out a email to all of their online sales and see who wants to sell one bad enough.

We bought my wifes 4runner at Doxon and had a good experience. Went the email for a price route and felt like we got a decent deal.

Was in the process of buying at Burien then the sold the truck out from under me. Offered to let me come in and customize one of their upcoming allotments but they had already lost me as a customer. Went to Magic in Edmonds on the recommendation of a friend. They took care of us for my wife's 4Runner and now my Tacoma.

I have heard nothing but good things about them. Rodland in Everett was excellent to work with for both sales and service. Negotiated a cost before arriving, no BS getting it done.

I don't know which one is the best, but I do know which one is the worst.
Stay as far away as you can from Heartland Toyota in Bremerton - absolutely the Worst !
(Please do not ask me how I know this).

I have heard nothing but good things about Bellevue, and mostly good things about Olympia; but I've never dealt with either.

Michael's has pretty good customer service but you'll def need to work with them to get the best price. I had 3 different dealers go back and forth and Michael's ultimately gave me the best price after lots of negotiating.

Bought my wife’s new Rav in Puyallup, my Taco at Doxon. I had a buddy recently buy from I5, which is pretty well rated online. Good experiences at all.

im kind of curious...I got mine from there too and it was good until I put a deposit down. In the end, it worked out but it was frustrating I’m to deal with. I tried to Pm you but couldn’t.

I’ve purchased quite a few new Toyota’s and have followed one salesman for all of them. Kirk, who now works at Doxon. No BS, 100% transparent and super relaxed. He lets the customer drive the interaction and intervenes At key points to keep expectations realistic. I’ve purchased 4 from him and have referred 6-7 friends who also purchased.

I picked mine up at Doxon, and so far, it's been a good experience. Sales guy was no bs and no pressure, and I think I got a fair deal on my trade. So far their follow up and customer service has been better than any other dealership I've worked with

I really want to trust Rodland’s service dept. They’re my local dealer but they’ve disappointed me several times. Most recently, they crashed my 4Runner into a cement wall and didn’t tell me. Fortunately, I noticed the damage to my bumper upon my inspection before paying. Ironically, they took a bunch of photos when I arrived because they said, “Customers keep blaming us for damage to their vehicles during service.” Their pics came in handy , though I’m sure not the way they imagined. They also told me that my Tacoma’s rear bumper couldn’t be aligned. I did it in my driveway that day. My brother has had good luck at Kirkland. I also might try Marysville. My purchase experience there was great.

Data points are great. It is the only way to really know.

I was at one of the TC services. They were telling another person about some damaged that they caused. It is a really tight area, but that is no excuse.

Funny, but I have heard from folks that have struggled with Kirkland on the service side.

For me, all the TC stuff is finished as it my BtB warranty, so it will just be powertrain stuff if anything pops up.

Does anybody have experience with Marysville Toyota service? Loved my buying experience with them. No info on the service dept. though.

Toyota of Olympia is garbage. They won't budge much below MSRP. I only use them to look at and test drive vehicles since they have a HUGE selection.
I ultimately bought mine from I-5 Toyota. Since they are a small dealer, they are more willing to help you get the specific truck you want and won't screw you on price either. They were able to trade with Doxon to get me the exact truck I wanted. I highly recommend if you are in the South Sound.

Side note, Toyota of Lake City has great prices on parts and accessories.
Toyota of Olympia wanted to charge me 40% more on every part or accessory that I needed.

Bought my Tacoma at Toyota of Puyallup. Salesman was great (that's they're job I guess) and the process was par for the course. Had better experience with the Parts guys at Titus-Will though.
