Just had the 15k, 20k and fan cover service done, but have had a good experience so far with Longo in Prosper.

I bought my Taco and have it serviced at Rockwall. The sales experience was great, and service has been great as well.
The only "issues" I've had and I hesitate to even call it that were when I got an alignment done and then when I asked about a TRD skid plate install.
On the alignment, somehow my truck killed their alignment machine and it ended up taking them about two hours to get it done because they had to keep rebooting it. That said they offered to drive me somewhere to get something to eat, and offered to drive me back to work while they worked on my truck. Good customer service there.
Regarding the skid plate, I drive an SR5 4x4. I drive from Mansfield to up by Abrams/LBJ every day, and I cover Dallas, Rockwall, Hunt, Kaufman, Ellis, and Navarro Counties for work. I see a -lot- of crap on the road and I wanted something to give me a little protection for said crap on the road and also for when I do get offroad. I'm not a serious crawler or anything (not banging into rocks) so I wasn't worried about heavy armor. I asked the service guy (not the one I was trying to meet with) when I went in for my 5k service about ordering and installing a TRD skid. He said it wouldn't fit my truck and I would have to drop it off for a day so that he could have a tech look at it, figure out a one-off custom work order, and develop an estimate because those weren't made to work with my truck. I already knew that basically all I have to do is remove the chin and then bolt the skid on, but I was looking to have one ordered and then installed when I came in for a regular service check. Then the skids became unobtanium but it looks like the new ones are showing up now so I will probably just order the skid and install it myself.
Again, I really like Rockwall and have had great experiences and it is the first dealership of any sort that has impressed me. I live, work, and drive by multiple Toyota dealerships and I don't regret going to Rockwall and will continue going there.

This is my experience exactly. Did not care at all for their finance guy, I got a little snippy with him, but the sales people were friendly. I've been happy with their service department, I've been using them for two years now. When I asked them to swap parts from the old truck to the new (as part of the purchase negotiations) they did it flawlessly. I was expecting them to just get them slapped on and I'd do the minor adjustments on my own - nope, springs were tensioned exactly the way I wanted and the softopper was perfectly aligned. The only thing I really don't like about them is their shitty free coffee in the waiting area, sure wish they would hand out the good stuff :burp:.

As if there wasn't more reasons not to go to Toyota of Dallas, here is the manager uploading camera footage from the dealership... TO HIS PERSONAL YOUTUBE ACCOUNT!!

    https://www.youtube.com/user/Valkyrie610/videos?view=0&shelf_id=0&sort=dd

I found this out after I was informed that he had a video of me and my wife taking delivery of our Tacoma after one of the techs was involved in a fender bender with it.

I don't know if this is legal, although I don't know why it would be illegal. However, not only is this extremely unprofessional, but it really shows how shitty of a dealership they are with the constant accident, assaults, and thefts that are shown in the channel.

Are you in the video "dry hump behind Vette?":D

Yeah, I don't have words for that. A lot of those videos were probably pulled for legal purposes. The fact that they are publicly accessible is a serious dum-dum move.

HAHAHAH.. Yea that one seemed the most inappropriate to share.

I'm still shocked that a member of management would be doing this. They were highly unprofessional handling the damage the tech did to my truck, but this is on another level!

Hi there Bladsville, I am sorry for causing you so much angst. As was mentioned, they are held for legal purposes. I have the responsibility to pull videos from the camera system because most files are too large to email through our system. Most of these have to be reviewed by many people around the country, and consequently over time many were inadvertently left public- which is entirely my fault. Thank you bringing the error to my attention. I hope I have fixed them all correctly, but if you find I have missed any please let me know. No offense to you (or anyone) was intended.... the "dum-dum" move was accidental.

One would think that if you have the competency of managing a multi-million dollar dealership and uploading videos to the internet, you would also have the ability to choose the proper privacy settings for them.

Not only did you show that your dealership has no accountability for their actions by damaging my truck and refusing to correct the problem until I took it to upper management, but you have also shown that your dealer is in DIRE need of better leadership.

Your manager (could have been you) YELLED at me saying that I was the one who caused the damage to my truck. Luckily I managed to get in contact with a sane member of your dealership and was comped the part to fix. I ate the installation cost because I DID NOT want your dealership to EVER touch my truck again. Once I had finally gotten over that, I was told by a member of my office that my name was on youtube and I was filmed entering a dealership with my wife.

Based off of the videos you have posted and the lack of care you have shown, that would be grounds for termination in ANY professional environment I have worked at.

Also your personal favorites as well as liked videos showing Christians Vs Muslims, Crusades, how christians can defeat muslims. Makes me wonder if that had anything to do with how me and my wife (both muslims) were treated at your establishment.

Chill out. Taking out your aggression on someone you're not even sure is involved. And to assume racism because you're muslim...real mature.

    My humble advice Valkyrie,

Microsoft sharepoint was designed for exactly this purpose. If all of your contacts aren't on sharepoint, dropbox is a more budget friendly (albiet slightly less professional) approach. Most attorneys tend to cringe at image/video sharing sites like imgur and youtube. Its a good way to have people mention your name in closed door meetings, and not in a pleasant manner.

Good job taking immediate notice though.

His name on the forum matches the name on his youtube channel, so no assumptions there.

And if you were there to see how I was treated, I dont really see what else would be an explanation.

Your buddy and his dealership royally messed up and dropped the ball several times, crashing peoples cars, stealing from them, threats, compromising privacy, etc.

Out of all that, the only thing you extract is that I called him racist and need to apologize? Seems like you have a dog in this fight.

you were treated badly by someone at the dealer. no one disputed that...but to call someone a racist based on a liked video on the internet is borderline racist in itself.

Liking of "A" video is a severe misrepresentation of what it was and makes the assumption that there was only one video that was liked. Dude made it seem like he was planning the next coming of the Crusades from his desk at Toyota of Dallas with all the stuff he favorited and liked.

Being that hes your friend, I understand you trying to save face for him. But if you are going to mix your personal life (pornography, racist videos, hate material, etc) with your professional life, there are going to be issues.

and if you do, I'll be the one laughing when you run your truck into a rock or tree and then threaten to sue park management for putting it there.
