Didn't happen for the last 3 years, wont happen this year.

Also, never sued anyone. Only thing I did was take legal action against a dealership that damaged my truck due to their techs negligence and called them out for unprofessionally sharing videos on social media. Was I not supposed to do that?

But thanks for wishing ill upon me. Who is the one with the bitter life again?

Pat Lobb Toyota Mckinney service department is absolutely terrible. 5 hour 5k service and Ecu TSB appointment.
1 week 10k service, brake recall, and broken tpms sensor from the 5k service.
    Constant run around.

I'll be trying the new Toyota in Prosper next. I've heard good things about their service department.

Anyone have good experiences with Cowboy Toyota for both service, and sales? A good friend of mine says he's worked with a great sales rep there.

Richardson has always been great for me. I used them with my 17 pro with no issues. I had many issues with Plano service and sales. I also recently purchased a 19 pro from Richardson for 500 over invoice so they are the best in my book.
I've heard Cowboy has a great service department but never experienced in myself.

Thanks, Grady! I'll keep Richardson in mind when I go shopping for mine this Fall. Did they just give you the invoice price, per request?

I wish it was that easy haha. it was a 2 week long negotiating process. My best advice is always be patient, walking away is always a good thing. I did a lot research locally and in a 500 mile radius. Told them what i was going to pay for a vehicle and advised them there were some in Austin, Houston, and Arkansas that were selling for basically invoice. I was not afraid of going out of my way to buy the best truck for me, etc.
I sold Fords in college and am a litigation insurance adjuster now, so i enjoy negotiating.
But Richardson over all has always been good to me, the service department is outstanding.

Oh haha, I just meant did they hesitate to show you its invoice price. Negotiating isn't my forte, but I don't mind doing it when this much money is on the line!

They showed me at the end when they "didn't have any more room to move". Normally dealerships don't show them unless necessary.
I also shopped the new Prosper dealership and they were very transparent. They showed me the invoice price right away and what they were selling their truck for.
The truck they had didn't have the spec i wanted to i didn't go with them. They are a good dealership though!
It is good to shop the local dealerships a couple months in advance. You will be able to see if a particular truck has been on a lot longer then others. They will be more willing to move those trucks out for a lower price!
It's hard when you are trying to find a specific spec though.... i just got lucky with mine, it had everything i wanted stock!

I just got a TRD from Cowboy Toyota. I had a good experience with a smooth transaction. I would recommend them for buying. They gave me a fair price for my trade without lowballing me.

I have not used their service dept yet, so to that I have no idea.

Not trying to dig up old drama, but can you just give us a yes or no as to whether or not your issue was resolved. Thanks.
