    Probably won't get too crazy for now, really looking into more usable mods than a sound system. Although I say that now, and a year from now if I still have the truck, it'll probably be fitted out LOL

    I just wrote up my experience with aftermarket door speakers here. I'm pretty pleased with the JL Audio 6x9 components up front. But if you don't have one, you should get a subwoofer before spending money on door speakers.

    Anyone upgrade their radio to power the speakers better?

    Can't help but notice the old single-DIN radio my truck came with from previous owner seems pretty old and rated weak wattage
    Sony CDX-GT40U

    says it's 55w max

    I did the popular upgrade Rockford Fosgate speakers + tweeters (Kicker?) and I'm pretty sure all of those recommend above 65w...

    One can never have too many light bars.
    I put Pioneer's in nearly 9 years ago and they still sound great. But as it has mentioned above, deadening the doors will make a bigger difference.
