Looking to finally change out my stock exhaust on my 2016 TRD Sport.

Any insight into best options and ease of install would be great.

I replaced my muffler with a Flowmaster 40 series after weeks of videos, and research. Extremely happy with the sound. Sounds very smooth, almost like a liter bike. I get compliments non stop about the sound.

These engines don't sound great... so unfortunately this is the first truck I've had where I've left it stock... it hurts..

I'll be interested to see what people post up... I miss the roaring thunderous 'MERICA spewing out of my Broncos 5.8 tailpipe...

The best exhaust is the one that's on it. It was made for it and the engine is tuned for the stock exhaust.

I’ve been very happy with the TRD exhaust as well. A nice aggressive sound without drawing too much attention to yourself.

Mine still has the borla exhaust they put on at the dealership. It sounds good, has some lower tones, and not raspy like a pissed off bumblebee. Lol

Idk I think the URD spec-u sounds the best personally... It has a nice exotic sound kinda like a 350z or G35 only slower

    Work in progress...
You have me wondering about splitting that muffler cut off point up into a duel exit.

Magnaflow from the group buy a while back with TRD intake. Vrooom.

For anyone, well for any NAYSAYERS. OVtune specifically said the bottleneck in performance on these trucks is the exhaust. food for thought.

Are you talking about the aftermarket TRD exhaust? Looked into that but the pricepoint on all the trd parts are pretty staggering. Especially up in canada.
