Just wondering which brand everyone prefers (Weathertech DigitalFit, Husky Liner X-act Contour, Husky Liner WeatherBeater). I'm in the process of purchasing a set since I use my truck for work and the mud/dirt is never ending. Thanks for all the help!

Here we go again. Everybody will have different opinions, but I am partial to the Husky Liners.

    http://www.amazon.com/Husky-Liners-...-1&keywords=Tacoma+Husky+Liners+Classic+Style

    My reasons are:

1.) They cover the entire dead pedal and further up the floor. ( Weathertechs only cover 1/2 ).

2.) You don't need to trim them for the clutch pedal like you do for the Weathertechs.

3.) Huskey Liners do not have Holes for the locking clips ( No Leaks ), but fit over them and do not slip.

4.) The Huskey Liners fit better. ( opinion )

    Get what works for you.

Vast majority will tout the wonders of Weathertech. I've had those, didn't care for how slippery they were. Plan to try Husky liners in the future. Currently have 3D, prefer them to WT.

WT & Husky both have good followings....I bought the Husky's as I didn't like the slippery hard plastic feel of the WT. 2015 DC with Husky Xact-contour Great fit, easy clean and more of a rubber type material like the OEM mats. Most 4wd shops will have both, check them out and see what you prefer. Got mine from Amazon for a great price....just saw a post that they were on sale again.

If I had to do it over I would really give 3D a serious consideration.

I’ve had weathertechs in several vehicles and for the most part liked them. They protect good. The things i dislike about them is they are made of a hard plastic which like others have said are slippery. That makes them difficult to get out to clean without spilling all the dirt off of them. They do not ever sit all the way flat by the door jam. They have holes for the floor mat hooks, but like others have said… thats just a hole for dirty water to get threw to the carpet. Plus they usually cost more than Husky liners.
All that being said i’m gonna go with Husky liners this time around.

For the money, check out SAMs club mats $20 deep tread rubber mats. Not on par with weather tech but $20 front and back, freaking awesome.

I just had to make same decision and went with Husky X-Act contour. Should have them in a few days. Bought from Realtruck , they had best price with free shipping. I have Weathertech in my GMC Terrain and as others have said , didn't like the slippery and to me overall flat feel of them.

I bought the Weathertech liners and they are really slippery. It has been a brutal winter up here in NE Ohio. They have kept my carpet really clean, but the color of them has faded somewhat from all of the salt that is tracked in. I cannot believe that they don"t have more complaints about how slippery they can get. Don"t know anything about the Husky brand.

I appreciate all the info. I'm leaning more towards Husky Liners now. I've been looking at the WeatherBeaters and the X-act Contours but I can't really figure out what's the difference between the two other than the design in the grooves.

Husky liners are awesome!! This is my 3rd set that I've purchased for 3 different vehicles over the years. I get the cheapest Husky variety and love 'em. My current set is about 8 years old.

There's nothing special about them, no bling, no special design...they just work.

Husky Liners X- act fit in my 2015 Sport. Great fit, good looks, secured by the factory floor mat hooks. Had W Techs in my Jeep Wrangler and as reported by others, they were more "plastic" and slippery feeling. Caught them on sale at Amazon.

The slipperiness of the Weathertechs must be something you get used to. I have them in my Impreza and now my newer Tacoma and I love them. I don't have any complaints about them being slippery. They have great coverage, easy to clean, and look great. I can hardly even tell they're not part of the truck.

Just got a set of Weatherbeaters from Husky. Great price for front+back, and they fit like a glove. I am impressed so far, and love the way they overlap the kick pannels/door sills for complete protection.

The worst thing about having a manual transmission is my left heel wears a hole through my floor mats in a year or two. Still trying to find ones that will last.
