I can't believe I'm saying this...clean up your old springs and paint them. Get 4600's and get a 1" spacer.

@Duke_962 could you measure center of hub to fender flare? I am genuinely curious what the "original" height was. My 2002 Prerunner TRD OR DCSB is running the original springs (242k miles), 3rd set of Bilstein 4600 shocks front, 2nd set rear. I have old photos of my truck, and it doesn't look like there is any "sag" from 2004 to now. I always read about spring sag, but unless you're in the plastic deformation range on steel, the creep and fatigue life is nearly infinite. Unfortunately, I don't have a control of my truck and measurements to confirm. I've always placed the spring sag theory in the same category as rotor warping, this is the first time I've ran across someone who replaced with factory springs.

Shocks have nothing to do with lift aside from providing a base/preload for the springs, lift is provided by springs

5100s on the lowest setting with OEM springs would give 0 lift - as will 4600s which are the ~same but without the ability to be cranked higher

if you have 5100s at base with OEM springs and your front is higher than your rear, your leaf springs are sagging

The Emu 880 coils are the culprit the Bilsteins were just part of the equation. Thought I stated that, if not thanks for the correction!

I was just curious what you paid for your new factory front springs when you installed them.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
You really can never go by Generic pictures online.

If you note the picture you linked to only has 2 bolts on the top hat our Toyota`s have 3

Quite possible Napa has changed vendors since I bought mine since they seem to have a lower cost option in parts to compete with Auto Zone and Advanced Auto . My Napa you can see the competition from the parking lot.

I get you. The generic stuff probably comes and goes pretty often year over year.
I need rear shocks for sure and if the fronts are of the same vintage, they are probably toast as well. Looking for something in the middle price wise that will last a while but give a good ride on the street. Won't send be to the poor house to put Bilstein on but I don't know how much I want to put into the truck until I get some miles on it and see what else it needs after the frame is repaired. The way the truck sits, I probably don't need the front or rear springs but I'm sure the bushings are past their sell by date.
