I bought an AVIC D3 when they first came out. I loved that double din but upgraded to this one and man! It's awesome. I did a mod to it so that my passengers can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc... Wile driving.

This worries me a bit as well. I went with a Kenwood deck, and one of the reasons is that they have partnered with Garmin for the Nav portion. It hasn't been out long enough to need an update yet, but I'll be watching closely.

The good thing about the Appradio is that It mirrors your phone so you have access to the same gsp as your phone.

I got a Clarion VX-404 for 300 bucks. The nav unit one (the NX404) is only 400 bucks new

Works pretty decent, has rear view camera, and the $400 one has navigation.

The non-nav version only costs 250 bucks new. Hard to beat that money

It takes a while to get used to the touch screen, sometimes it is kind of weird. But it sounds great
