I didn't know where to post this thread so i just came here.

I'm looking at a Tacoma that does not come standard with power door locks. Everything else about the car is fine and i really like it save this feature. Is there an easy way to "add" power door locks or at least a keyless entry without getting too messy?

You need a keyless entry/alarm. To lock/unlock, you will need actuators. They are $20/each at Best Buy. Best Buy charges an additional $60 per actuator to install.
