Best kind of top coat

I recently had to respray my rear bumper panels. But u dont know what is the best too coat gloss to use. That will match the other parts. If there us any top/gloss coat that will match the factory top coat. Please let me know

Rustoleum high gloss but the top coat barely looks like it is on there. And i sprayed 3 coats of it
