Did some research and found good reviews on:
    -Moog
    -Mevotech
    -Dorman
    -Beck Arnley

Beck Arnley might just be the OEM supplier given the parts allegedly say Made in Japan, but is harder to find and costs more

Moog and Mevotech cost about the same; Moog RK has the regular ball joint, while CK (out of stock on one side) has the Problem Solver greasable ball joint

I don't know about Dorman; I've heard the brand is crap. But maybe not with control arms.
I know I have other parts from them on my truck. Like diff breather vent valve (replaced a clogged one)

Anyone know which of the brands above is best?
Or are they all basically the same?

If I go Moog RK-line, the lack of Problem Solver greasable ball joint doesn't seem like a big deal. So long as the bushings work well, I can always wait (30k?) miles until the joint wears out, and then upgrade it to a greasable one.

I looked at OEM and it just seems ridiculous. $500/set minimum for new,
and picking up a hard to find rusty old high-miles used one to "refresh" just seems like a pain, because at the end of the day, new bushings and ball joint for it still costs money in parts and time/labor, tools (buy bottle jack), struggle to fit their awkward shape in a press, and potentially bending them in the press.

I hear what you're saying, rebuilding the arms is a PITA. But I used my factory jack to pop out the old bushings. You don't need to buy a new one. Also the press work is easy (if you have a press) and there's no risk of bending the arms there. You are never applying a bending force to the arms in the press. However, it can be a nightmare to find the right size adapters for the ball joints, but once you have them, the job is a piece of cake. The only risk of bending the arms is if you are unwilling to use a torch to get stuck bushings out with the bottle jack. You'd have to ignore intuition to bend your arms. And I didn't need a torch for mine.

Your two highest quality options are OEM arms and rebuilding your OEM arms with top-shelf parts. If you plant to keep driving the truck, cheap aftermarket suspension parts including Doorman, Moog, and Mevotech (can't comment on BA, never run them) are going to cost you more, or waste more of your time, than either buying or rebuilding OEM arms. I've made this mistake on my last truck. For shorter-term use, personally I'd go with Moog, or maybe take a gamble on BA if it costs more. Avoid Dorman for sure. Dorman makes a lot of great stuff, but not suspension parts, at least in my experience.

I went with Moog LCAs, I have about 15-20k on them now. No complaints yet, but in time we will see.
