King smoothies, bamf relocation, and archive hammer hangers on the way. Been reading up on springs and there are so many options. What makes it harder is that I have no weight and most of the discussions revolve around weight. Hoping to narrow it down. No bedrack, tents, heavy bumpers etc. This is not my DD and I rarely haul, this is a dedicated wheeling/adventure rig. Currently on stock leafs with an AAL

    You have weight.

Suggest just stay with the stock leafs.

BTW, passengers and driver are considered as Cargo Weight and recovery gear.......

I'm in a similar situation as you (but have a 3rd gen), and just ordered Deaver U402 Stage 1 to go with some BAMF HD hangers.

In contrast to other other rigs on here, I have no weight. My rear bumper weighs the same as stock. My skids are aluminum. Heaviest item is the sliders. I travel very light in terms of recovery gear as well. Some straps and a shovel thats about it. Rarely have more than 1 passenger.

My understanding that that Deaver and Alcan make the best quality custom leaf packs so i would go with one of them

I'm on the flip side. My bed also has no weight, no underbody spare tire, no armor or sliders or overlanding stuff.

I've been using medium dakars with a leaf removed....

With that leaf pack, the ride in my truck is better with some weight in the bed. So i threw my 35" spare in the back and the ride improved.

I am leaning to alcan or icon rxt for my next set up.
