    Actually, your brake light comes off with two screws. It may just need a new gasket which you can get online for about $12

    Edit, if it's filled with water you may need a new housing which is fairly cheap, as well

    have taken it off and cleaned....adjusted....etc
    need a decent quality one

    I make them, not the cheapest but all aluminum and use KC Cyclones
