So I recently got me a brand new sr5 tacoma and the first thing I want to do is upgrade my suspension with a shock that has a 2” or so lift built in. I’m a big 5100 fan but I kinda want something a little bit better ride quality that also offers a dependability with it. I was looking a some coilovers but I’m kinda iffy on going that route due to the rumors I heard that you don’t get many miles on them. (50k tops). I guess I should also mention that this truck mainly sees the highway but I go up and down a lot of backroads that’s like driving over a washboard as well. Any help would greatly be appreciated!!

You may want to go to the suspension section and read up a little and do some research. A few mistakes in your line of thinking.
