Those lights in the front mount on your bumper? Looks sick! Do you have pictures at night of the light output with just those lights?

Been a few years and just wanted to update this post for anyone that might find it useful. I went from OEM springs with Bilstein 5100s set at the top notch (rode terrible), then got Eibach Springs (742lb) (better but still not to my liking), and finally to Old Man Emu 887s (590lb) set on the bottom notch of Bilstein 5100s. Lifted the truck about 2.5-3” and added the Tacoma lean 1/2” top plate spacer on each side. Had a diff drop before before but, I didn’t notice any difference and CV angles are actually fine.

The truck rode way smoother but, still wanted to get it a little better. I noticed that the sway bar was always under tension so I added the sway bar drop bracket and it made a pretty noticeable difference. I highly recommend a sway bar drop bracket if you notice the sway bar is always under tension while on level ground. One way to test this is if you can’t get the sway bar end link out of the spindle while on level ground, it is under tension. I got the Toarch Off Road sway bar drop bracket for $28 which is a great price for improved ride quality.

HeadStrong Off-Road approximate lift heights with Old Man Emu Spring on Bilatein 5100s below.

    https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/p250/Old_Man_Emu_Lift_Coils_-__Various_Lift_Heights_Available_(PAIR).html

-These numbers are based on customer feedback and should only be used as a guide and not gospel.

NOTE: The lift achieved from any kind of spring, whether it is a leaf spring or a coil spring, is a variable lift. Meaning that the amount of lift achieved can vary. Depending on the condition of your factory components (where applicable), how they respond to the added suspension, the overall weight of the vehicle and any add-ons added (bumpers, batteries, tool boxes, covers, light bars, skids, sliders, etc) and manufacturing tolerances of the spring themselves can all influence how much lift you can see from either spring. We provide the average after settled lift height that we have seen from clients running the suspension but with averages some people get more or less lift.

OME 883 coils 590 lbs spring rate 375 mm in length (approx. 1” of lift on a base stock weight 05-15 4dr 4wd v6 auto, not recommended for 2016 models)
OME 884 coils 590 lbs spring rate 390 mm in length (approx. 1.75” of lift on a base stock weight 05-15 4dr 4wd v6 auto, approx. 1” of lift on a base stock weight 2016-current 4dr 4wd v6 auto)
OME 885 Coils 590 lbs spring rate 395 mm in length (approx. 2.25” of lift on a base stock weight 05-15 4dr 4wd v6 auto, approx. 1.5” of lift on a base stock weight 2016-current 4dr 4wd v6 auto)
OME 886 coils 660 lb spring rate 402 mm in length (not recommended to be run on the 5100's for use with OME nitrocharger sports only. approx. 2.5" of lift on a base 05-15 4dr 4wd v6 auto running around 200lbs of added up front weight and approx. 1.5" on a base 2016 4dr 4wd v6 auto running around 200lbs of added up front weight)
OME 887 coils 590 lb spring rate 400 mm in length (approx. 2.75” of lift on a base stock weight 05-15 4dr 4wd v6 auto, approx. 2” of lift on a base stock weight 2016-current 4dr 4wd v6 auto)
OME 888 coils 590 lb spring rate 405 mm in length (not recommended for 05-15 models, approx. 2.5” of lift on a base stock weight 2016-current 4dr 4wd v6 auto)

These numbers are based on the 5100's being set at the 0 setting. Yes the Bilsteins are adjustable by changing the notch setting up on the shock body. However by doing this with a lift coil, you compound lift. So instead of seeing around 0.85" (on the 2nd gen 5100's) or 0.65” (on the 3rd gen 5100's) of extra lift you may see an 1"+ more lift. Plus there are other issues at play here like potential coil bind issues. Also by adding additional preload you can affect the ride quality as well.
