thanks for the love guys. interesting to note. both this bumper and the bumper on my truck are galvanized and powder coated with a hammer finish but this bumper with the copper vein finish is holding up much better to NY elements. my powder coat is chipping here and there and on this bumper it still looks new. only real difference i can think of is that this bumper looks like it has a slightly thicker gloss finish on it. might be worth looking into if your building or buying one. both were galvanized and powder coated by the same guys within a week of each other.

Nice Bumper OP. However never been a fan of cut outs. The CNC is damn impressive, but it seems like it'd weaken the bumper/be a colossal pain in the ass to clean.

 

the deer head cut out is purely cosmetic. ya, the bumper has to be weaker in this spot but its way stronger then stock and its what my dad wanted on his truck. cleaning it hasn't been a problem at all.
